Queen Creek Concrete Leveling

Terms of use

Quick answer

This site is a referral service, not a contractor. Our prices are planning ranges, not quotes. The final price comes from an independent local contractor after they look at your slab. That contractor is responsible for the work. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].

What do these terms cover?

These terms apply to your use of queencreekconcreteleveling.com (the "site"), run by Queen Creek Concrete Leveling ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Effective date: October 29, 2026.

Are you the contractor?

No. We are a referral service. We do not lift, repair or replace concrete. When you send a request, we pass it to an independent local concrete lifting contractor who can quote your job. See how it works.

Is the estimate a quote?

No. The estimator and the prices on this site are planning ranges, not quotes or offers. They are based on $6 to $12 per square foot with a $650 minimum. The final price comes from the contractor after they look at the slab in person or from photos. The contractor may decline a job.

Who is responsible for the work?

The contractor. Each contractor is an independent business, not our employee or agent. The contractor is solely responsible for their work, price, schedule, permits, warranty, licensing and insurance. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.

We aim to refer only contractors who hold an active Arizona Registrar of Contractors license and carry liability insurance. Please check any license yourself on the official Arizona ROC contractor search before you hire.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that a slab can be lifted, or any particular result, price or timeline. The content on this site is general information about concrete leveling. It is not engineering, legal or professional advice for your property.

What is the limit of your liability?

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work done by a contractor, from your use of the site, or from reliance on its content. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to $100.

How may I use the site?

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes and for real requests about your own property or one you manage.
  • Do not send false information, spam, or someone else's details without their permission.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or copy the site, or get around its security.

Who owns the content on the site?

The text, design, estimator, graphics and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the pages. You may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Will these terms change?

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
