Who are we?
Queen Creek Concrete Leveling (queencreekconcreteleveling.com) is a referral service. We are not a contractor. We connect homeowners and HOAs in the East Valley with a local concrete lifting contractor. This policy explains what happens to the information you send us.

What information do we collect?
When you send the free estimate form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you give it
- Your ZIP code
- The job type and approximate square feet
- Anything you write in the "Anything else?" box
- The price range shown by our estimator
- The page you sent the form from, and the date and time
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect your street address in the form.
Why do we collect it?
We use your details to connect you with a local concrete lifting contractor who can quote your job, and so that the contractor or we can contact you about your request by phone, text or email. We may also use it to follow up on your request and to see how well the site works.
Who do we share it with?
We share your request with the local concrete lifting contractor we work with in your area, so they can contact you and quote the job. That contractor may change over time. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing. We may disclose it if the law requires it.
Where is it stored?
Form submissions are saved to a Google Sheet and sent to us by email through Google services. Google stores that data under its own security and privacy terms. Only the people who run this site, and the contractor who handles your job, see your request.
How long do we keep it?
We keep requests as long as we need them to handle the job and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
How do I ask you to delete my information?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my info". Include the name and phone number you used on the form. We will delete your request from our records and ask the contractor we shared it with to delete it too.
Does the site use cookies?
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may process basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Will this policy change?
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
