Accessibility statement

Quick answer

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. If anything on the site is hard to use, email [email protected] and we will help and fix it.

What have you done to make the site accessible?

  • Every page has a skip link, clear headings and landmarks for screen readers.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced in plain words.
  • The estimator tiles, sliders and buttons work with a keyboard and show a clear focus ring.
  • Images have text descriptions, and the drawings have titles and descriptions.
  • Motion turns off if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Text and buttons are designed for strong color contrast and work with browser zoom.

Are there any known issues?

The cross-section drawings are simplified diagrams, so their text descriptions give the main idea rather than every detail. Wide tables scroll sideways on small screens. We review the site as we add pages and fix issues as we find them.

How do I report a problem?

Email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within one business day. If you cannot use the form, we can take your estimate request by email instead.
