What happens after I send a request?
- You request. Use the estimator to see a price range, then send the free estimate form. It asks for your name, phone, ZIP code, job type and rough square feet.
- We review it. We check that your ZIP code is in our service area and that the job is a fit for foam lifting.
- A vetted local crew contacts you. We pass your request to an independent local concrete lifting contractor. They reach out by phone, text or email.
- They inspect and quote. The contractor looks at the slab in person or from your photos and gives you a firm price. Our ranges are a guide: $6 to $12 per square foot, with a $650 minimum.
- You decide. There is no cost to ask and no obligation to hire. If you say yes, you agree the job, schedule and payment directly with the contractor.
How do you choose contractors?
We only refer contractors who meet two rules:
- They hold an active license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) for the work they do.
- They carry general liability insurance, and they show us proof before we refer anyone to them.
We also look for crews that use polyurethane foam lifting, explain their prices clearly, and answer customers quickly.
How can I check a contractor's license myself?
You do not have to take our word for it. Ask the contractor for their ROC license number, then look it up on the official Arizona ROC contractor search. The record shows whether the license is active and what work it covers.
The ROC also has a short guide called Before You Hire a Contractor. It suggests checking the license, getting the job in writing, and confirming who you are dealing with.
Who does the work, and who stands behind it?
The contractor does. We are a referral service, not a contractor. The contractor you hire is an independent business. They are responsible for their work, their price, their warranty, their license and their insurance. Ask them about their warranty before you agree to the job.
If something goes wrong, contact the contractor first. Then tell us at [email protected]. We want to know, and we stop referring contractors who do not treat customers fairly.
How does this site make money?
Contractors may pay us for the requests we send them. You never pay us anything. Our price ranges are the same for every job and every area, so they do not depend on which contractor gets your request.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay anything to get an estimate?
No. Sending a request and getting an estimate are free, and there is no obligation to hire anyone. If you decide to go ahead, you pay the contractor directly for the work. We never charge homeowners or HOAs anything for using this site or the estimator.
Are the contractors you refer licensed in Arizona?
Yes. We only refer contractors who hold an active Arizona Registrar of Contractors license for the work and carry general liability insurance. You can confirm any license yourself on the official Arizona ROC contractor search, using the license number the contractor gives you.
Will my details be sent to many companies?
No. We send your request to the local concrete lifting contractor who covers your area, not to a long list of companies. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who sees it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by email.
How fast will a contractor contact me?
We aim to pass your request on within one business day, and the contractor usually reaches out soon after. Timing depends on how busy crews are, especially after monsoon storms. If you have an HOA deadline, say so in the form so the contractor can plan around it.
